Do all I recommend to you here, if not done, as yet. But when you do, make it comprehensive complete and don’t compromise on quality. Here is a rundown;

👉🏿IQAC Plan and IQAC Calendar with detail event reports supplemented with impact.
👉🏿’Students-First’ Initiatives leading to higher order skilling in areas where the future jobs lie, national/international level participations in projects, professional societies and extracurricular activities.
👉🏿Develop each Student’s e-Portfolio, individual learning curves, aspirations and role of mentors in their realisation, including sharing profile of each student for internship/placement with prospective employers.
👉🏿Link individual faculty-development/training, faculty-skilling, faculty-foreign immersion, faculty-industry project and relate the effectiveness to students’ hard outcomes reflected through results, superior placements, startups, national competitive examinations, students’ special outreach, industry-project performances etc.
👉🏿Coffee table book of ‘best practices’ and resulting impact
👉🏿Action taken reports duly approved at the highest level on Students and faculty feedback, AAA, Environment Audit, points raised during various accreditation and other inspections.
👉🏿A document of Financial delegation duly approved by the competent authority.
👉🏿A manual of OBE immersion in every department of your institute.
👉🏿Registrar/HR/Admin record of MoMs of various Statutory and non statutory meetings, Policy Manual (Academic and Admin policies), Record of amendments of Ordinances on occurrence, e-Register of Degrees, Dossier of faculty, staff and students, Terms of Service, Promotions, Selection and Recruitment, Approved designations with responsibility.
👉🏿NEP 2020 implementation record of institute notifications and milestones completed. Students Brochure to encompass all.
👉🏿 A real-time updated graphical record of research, IPR and consultancy achievements by faculty and students of the past 5 years, find gaps and list corrective actions taken.
👉🏿 Developing courses on the LMS leveraging multimedia tools by atleast 50% of faculty, particularly in the area of STEM.
👉🏿 Quality of a seamless and high impact ERP modules and Examination Reforms (a walk through demo)
👉🏿New labs in the AI, data and tech advances and action taken to enhance profile of the lab assistants, including annual audit of labs by qualified industry/IIT resource.
There are host of other initiatives. The above are however quite compelling, and MUST DO.
